Does Anxiety Cause High Blood Pressure?

Is anxiety cause high blood pressure? No one has ever been able to give a specific cause for the blood pressure values, that is still too high. The scientists, however, agree that anxiety and stress are certainly not lower the blood pressure, and repeatedly, over long periods of stress and anxiety can contribute to the development of high blood pressure or hypertension.

If we are anxious or stressed, the blood pressure rises during this period. Our body produces hormones increase, the vasoconstrictive blood pressure. Once the situation clarified that caused the anxiety or stress, blood pressure returns to normal. When anxiety or stress lasts long enough or happens often enough, most people develop high blood pressure or hypertension.

As humans, we are concerned about many different things. Our work can lead to anxiety, we can of our relationship. Learning, our anxiety levels may help control even in stressful situations, high blood pressure and risks that go with it. No one is saying that is the control of fear is a simple matter.
