As a physician with an interest in the topic, I have often wondered whether low blood pressure is normal or if such a reading indicates an abnormal process in the body? In fact – it can be difficult to define exactly what we mean by low BP. It really depends on what is normal for you as an individual.

If 1000 people had their values, then we would expect to find a spread of readings. This could be as high as 200 / 120 to 80/50, with most people who lie around a value of about 130/85. Whey Protein Drinks Found To Reduce Blood Pressure
