Solving the Problem of High Blood Pressure

I had a wake up call in the emergency department, 11 April 2011, when the doctor told me my blood pressure was 210th I went right in a free fall! I am a woman 45 years and it was a shock for me. I for the first time in an emergency for a small foot injury! My family was surprised when I told them that I have high blood pressure. 

I could not leave until my blood pressure is under control, and I was immediately prescribed medication to stabilize. Everything has a beginning, I thought about how bad I am in this state of health. I have other health problems that I much with, but I’m going to focus on blood pressure at the moment.

Now I heard three years not to my healthy diet without realizing the future consequences to follow:

After driving the bus and get off at my stop, I walk 4-5 blocks to get to my workplace. I also have my walks at lunch and during breaks of 15 minutes each day.

I saw what I ate. I always ate my salad, vegetables, chicken, fish and drink plenty of filtered water and juice health. I took supplements daily.

I meditated and practiced daily at home because my work was very stressful and it helped me stay optimistic.
