April 4th, 2012

Narrowing of the arteries

The ultimate cause of high blood pressure is a simple physical and biological effects.Basically, your arteries narrow.

When this happens, the pressure rises inside the arteries. This is similar to pressing a garden hose to get in faster throughput of water. Unfortunately, this means the higher pressure the arteries a beating, and you can have a lot of problems in the long term health, the worst that have a significantly increased risk for heart attack and stroke get.

So talking about when we talk about the reasons for passing on what we mean is – what causes the arteries to reduce first. Let’s take a look at the common culprits.

Demography

I called this specific cause for a reason that you will soon see shortly.

If you are African American, then you are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure to a Caucasian Americans, for example. Another high risk group are people from the Indian subcontinent.

Part of the reason is lifestyle. These ethnic groups are likely to be more animal fat in their diet, to eat, especially saturated fats. For example, a creamy substance ghee together in Indian cuisine. Unfortunately, it’s also consume one of the worst fat you can.

Genetics plays a role in which these groups have a higher risk. But it is very small and easily overcome by other means. So let it not an excuse to be using drugs and not try natural methods! Read the rest of this entry »

Understand the Causes of High Blood Pressure and How Simple Lifestyle Changes Can Lower Your HBP

April 4th, 2012
It is a fact that 60% of heart attack victims do not have high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, but good news. But the news is not all good because 40% of heart attack victims have high blood pressure.

This shows a correlation between high blood pressure and heart attacks. People with high blood pressure are certainly in the high risk area. Many of them are under the false impression that the treatment of symptoms known as high blood pressure, they are the solution of the problem. Remember, that is not the treatment of RAP for the cause of the problem to get. Pills (drugs) will lower your blood pressure levels, but that does not at the root of the problem to get.

What can you do to control your blood pressure without medication? RAP is not caused by a lack of medicines, but it is a sign that something else is wrong. You can control your blood pressure naturally and simultaneously to restore the causes of health.

First, if your blood pressure readings were not followed up at the doctor’s office or clinic that you have high blood pressure. This is commonly called “white coat hypertension” which means that you are tense and worried about the test, a fear-factor (see the work of “Thomas G Pickering, 1994.” – Just like Google) ..

Another common cause of high values ??is a cuff that is too small.

The blood pressure should be determined for the whole day over a period if he remains highly monitored. One or two measurements are not considered as an accurate indicator.

There are many other causes of high blood pressure stable. RAP is actually a problem of inflammation.
